      Pros

      Flexible work environment, global experience, a handful of really talented and passionate individuals

      Cons

      Management at every level. The board made a number of awful choices, as did each business unit management team. The company is falling apart because of these choices and the result is the valuation of the business units. The investors are selling chunks of the business off for a fraction of what they were worth just a few short years ago.

      - Very flexible and employee friendly work culture - HR is easygoing and approachable - Office location and Infra facilities are good in Hyd. - No hidden pay cuts. Salary package is very satisfactory. - Good communication mechanism with management and Employee through Buzz news article.

      - Minimal or No regular hikes. - Local Leadership team is not inspiring. - HR fun activities are very low. - Employees are bit reserved and not so active
