      Pros

      good compensation when you join the company the hikes are decent. They keep it just about competetive even if your project in a company gets over they have the capability to keep you on bench for some time

      Cons

      into body shipping mainly managers are not very understanding. the notice period is a minimum of two months which is sad. even if you are simply sitting idle they will not relieve you
