      1. work recognition is a problem, people who speak (with or without working) are recognized 2. The way in which bonus is distributed is not transperent 3. increments are poor

      Get a chance to work in different projects with different domain and technolgies like GIS, Retail, Finance they are having good clients like navteq, Retailex, CHASE, MWW, QVC etc.

      Cons

      They moved devleopment center from Suburban mumbai to Navi mumbai.
