      No Bench System.If you on bench, start searching for job coz HR will keep you on bench for 1 week and will ask you to go. Very Few clients in Mumbai. Management need to look at future.

      Pros

      Place that non experience can find a decent job. A lot of jobs - if one project is ended there are open jobs inside the company and you can move The HR tries to help you find new place to work.

      Cons

      The advance ,salary-wise, is minimum - if at all. You need find new place the get a decent upgrade. very low incentive to stay at the company, at least for good people. salary,food and social wise If you dont sit in the main area of the company - you have nobody to ask about salary or social Qs - only by phone.
