      Pros

      Good employee friendly policies. Management is very approachable. Transparent working policies.

      Cons

      Spent about 2 and a half yrs at offshore and one and a half yrs at onsite, salary could be a bit better but no other cons observed.

      Pros: I want to proclaim that in Ness technologies is one of the best companies they don't put heavy work loads on employees and yes we can say that work and life balance was good there.

      career opportunities are very less in India.

      Worst managment. I worked at Ness Technologies full-time (more than a year)

      people dying with hunger they dont even bother thy just through out of company .These guys dont have project
