Pros
Flexibility is there Some EDC's work culture is too good, but curently in bangalore development center there is no much projects are there.
Cons
There is no Salary Hike every year. For 2 years we can expect Max 4% hike in your CTC HR department is very bad. Work Culture mainly depends on EDC team that you are joining, Some EDC work culture is very bad because of internal politics and we need to work late nights almost all the time. No onsite oppurtunities.
