      Pros

      Perfect to start or step up in your career. Great community and people to work with New and popular technologies, the company keeps up with times very well and it's being very dynamic Not big but very effective investments in recreation facilities (ping-pong, Xbox etc.)

      Cons

      Not a good life/work balance...somewhere average The company being very dynamic you might change roles or teams or projects. Usually people don't like that. One of the reasons that I left is that it's becoming a hipster company. If you're pointing to something bad or a flaw you might get in trouble and be frowned upon.

      Pros

      Nice concepts of Extended Dev Center for companies who can't open their off shore centers here. Good work-life balance, good career growth (depends on the clients)

      Cons

      Oh many... no hike, many employees sitting for no hike for continuously 2 yrs. Management not reachable, no transparency in salary hike/promotion process
