      Worst work culture - pathetic micro management - stupid managers

      Pros

      Free snacks and quality of clients and thats all.

      Cons

      - Pathetic managers, too much micro-management, either they sit in the cafeteria or wander around you as if you are in school. - To get cab you need to inform 4 hours before, so only ad-hoc cabs - and company is located towards the last in Mindspace and its the only company with no cabs whatsoever in that area. - Work is mostly managed by clients and managers are there just to track you in and out times. - Bad compensation. - Not worth staying for more than a year. - Bad work life balance, thanks to substandard managers.
