      Pros

      Gain experience, some benefits as discounted movie tickets etc. Good people overall, claim to reward good employees.

      Cons

      No payment what so ever on food nor parking. Don't pay extra for night shift. Disrespectful, taking advantage over young unexperienced people. Management won't respond to employees requests. Rewards come as practical courses which is good but they won't take you for a job to use your new skill.

      Work is depends on in which project u are going to be placed, in general It's good place to work & surrounded with positive environment.

      Cons

      Notice period! when u join in ness they will prefer the person who can join with 15 days, but when you leave you have to serve 3 months notice period.
