      Good work life balance and friendly atmoshphere but no career growth (Applicable to specific EDC and specific team)

      Disclaimer :P Whatever i am writing it is based upon the experience in a specific team in specific edc (Extended Development Center) 1. Worklife balance is good. 2. Working atmosphere is friendly and senior are easily approachable.

      Cons

      1. Salary hike is not so good, mostly single digit. 2. The team in which i am working has very legacy , old and dirty codebase. 3. Very less opportunity to learn new technologies (Again it varies from team to team and edc to edc)

      flexible timings, no micromanagement and no hard rules, salary is fixed no variable component

      Cons

      you are good if you are in project .. if on bench you will be fired at any moment with out giving any opportunities ,, they do have very less clients .. so either stay in project or get fired

      Pros

      Salary master, Fixed pay. They just sell you to client for money. No support from Ness once you are deployed in the client side. In Chennai , they are doing all these nasty things with PayPal and Trimble projects.

      Cons

      1.They will fire you once the client released you from the project. 2.you will get a mail like this "Today is your last working day at Ness". 3.Zero job securities. 4.No support from Ness once you are deployed in the client side.
