      - If you are hired for and EDC which runs for 5-8 years you can create a comfortable zone - If you like monotonous work, this is the place for you

      Cons

      - No internal transition between teams and no bench concepts . So you know whats gonna happen when there is no work for you - Sales team is incapable of getting new business though they have great brand - PROCESS SUCKS - You will find many people at comfortable zone, no innovations with - EDC model sucks

      They invest in courses, both internally (in their college) and externally You get a yearly employee evaluation - It's very good because it makes your boss pay attention to what your doing. Working hours are fair.
