      Good learning curve They don't loose employees unless you do not work. Appreciation for talent Good packages while joining Flexible salary to reduce taxes

      Cons

      Randomly assigned to different projects even if you do not know abc's No proper salary hikes No proper planning Hikes only when you put down you paper with offer in our hand Prefer outsiders(new recruits) to in house talent Not much planning Your never know the status of the project Kicked out if your on bench
