Good work life balance. Mainly development projects with good opportunity for developers/senior developers to handle various technologies in one project. Overall level of developers is way above average thus providing strong team for delivering good solutions.

Cons

Due to lackluster performance at sales and marketing no new medium to large scale projects were coming. This results in many employees doing a work which is of one or two levels below. Not very efficient management system and there is no value of good resource.
