      I am working in PAYPAL client for SAP and we have a great environment and good work life balance we receive lot of opportunities for new technology continuous learning and access to assessment tool and learning platforms, compensation, rewards and recognition, CSR and engagement programs etc. and with a lot of benefits form ness and mainly we have very kind HR who supports us in all the time totally a healthy place to work

      - Culture and Values - Worklife Balance - Digital/niche technologies they work on - Opportunity to participate in hackathons - Codefest, TechTribe and other such events - Focus on continuous learning and access to assessment tool and learning platforms, compensation, rewards and recognition, CSR and engagement programs etc.

      I couldn't think cons as such. As I was able to balance both professional and personal life because of the flexibility they provide.

      Flexible timing, support from all top management team, great learning opportunities , opportunity to work in different projects/accounts. Situated in the heart of city, good work place to work. Access to any part of city in a feasible time, is one of the good features of Office Location. The various programs like Tech Tribe, Hackathon...etc will give you an opportunity to share your skills/experience/talent and compete with others in Tech competitions. The scope and support provided by Top management on Ideas and Innovations are much appreciated. Work from home and trust by management always helps employees to contribute 'xtra' for organization. Fixed salary of organization (not a variable salary) is also one of benefits to select Ness to work.

      Cons

      Sales support team can be made bit more stronger to get more accounts/projects .
