      Has sufficient number of clients.

      Cons

      No Salary hikes (I have been working for 2 years now, and there has been not even a single hike. All that the HR dept has to say about this matter is that its under discussion.) No growth once you are in the company.

      1. No employee touchbase of management 2. No employee engagement programs 3. Some bad arrogant leaders in project team do whatever they want and abuse juniors, Ness does not care about such things done at client site 4. No other career positions available if you get displaced from current engagement 5. Does not pay any compensation if a full-time employee is laid off from current project 6. HR policies are very bad
