      Work environment is very good. People are very friendly. Lot of room for growth. Very good learning and innovation programs organized by the company.

      Cons

      Not much onsite opportunities. Salary hikes are not very satisfiable.

      Pros

      Ness has a unique EDC model where the you are actually an extension of the customer himself and there is great transparency between the employee organization and the Customer . The HR is pretty strong and an employee feels greatly empowered and has the freedom to succeed.

      Cons

      Once you are out of the EDC , the chances of getting absorbed to other EDCs is low.
