Cons

Not proper hike & no Job security. no body worried about people working for long time & everyone are selfish & ego people in management level & HR is the worst part of it doesn't have proper answers to your questions. Only while joining they promise or hike then no body cares you.. also No proper appriasal cycle or fixed growth
