.Net guys be aware while entering this company. They will tell that the project will last for 2 years minimum. They will recruit people for billing purpose only and after 2- 3 months they will send you to bench and they will say that this is normal in Ness and they will assign another project to you, but that will never happen. For name sake they will conduct technical interviews to take you into another projects, but they always say you are not fit for the position. You will be in bench for a maximum of 30 - 45 days and they will send you out without any prior information(that means any day will be your last day in the company).
There are lot of negatives
1) No pipeline projects
2) No salary hikes since 2 years. So many people are leaving the company.
3) No .Net projects
4) Technology stack is very old. You cant even try to upgrade it, so no chance to learn new technologies.
5) Only good for some people who are stuck with the company for 6+ years.
6) Hiring and firing is very rapid.
