      No Job Security You will be safe till you are in Billing. No Scope for Exploring New technologies Manager has to praised always. In some project ,leads are rude. Much of Show off than real work Weird HR Policies Double Standards with employs. NO Hikes for past two years ,if ever they give , they give 3% hike for employee with 5/5 rating.It would sum up to 1000 rs per month at max

      - Work life balance - Good fixed pay structure and zero variable. - Friendly colleagues and seniors - Very nice ambiance - Flexible working hours - Good healthcare benefits optional to parents also - Choice to select location - Good technologies used in project - Trainings and certifications - Fun activities for employees. - Cafeteria with reasonable price food items. - Onsite opportunities depends on your skills and project.

      Cons

      Less yearly increments however this happens in many organizations. Cons are only for money minded peoples. Nothing from me.
