      1. Has all the benefits or advantages of working in a mid-size corporate 2. Good visibility with management on a global level 3. Flexible work culture even though it isn't made "official" in company policies

      Cons

      1. At times there is a lack of access to necessary resources required to complete a project 2. There is a need to strengthen people culture in the organization - especially in India 3. Inconsistent (at times non-existent) salary revision cycles
