      Good company to work. Employee friendly, polices are good. Good work life balance. Located at center of the city. Lot of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Don't have resource pool. Good to have have this, since it creates confidence in the employees during recession times. Also it helps to retain the top talents.

      -Work/Life Balance -Flexible timing, just need to complete 9 hrs -Not much work pressure

      Cons

      -Less salary -appraisal cycle goes on changing every year -No Compensation for appraisals -Less no. of projects -education domain. This domain dont have value in market. -no value for hardworking employees -They follow Bell curve for appraisals, so even if you work hard, you are given less ratings.

      Cons

      Uncountable as Managers sucks and they guide you in appropriately. We consider and rely on our managers blindly but they play game with us. Don't wanna name but all are same when you on notice period
