      Nothing special just an another low grade IT companies.

      Cons

      No job security, you will be in a constant threaten that you will loose your job one day. Inspite of learning so much things. If managers decide you will be fired with 3 months basic salary.

      Policies are well structured. Work and Personal life balance. Employees are encouraged to explore new technologies and are offered free certification opportunities. It was my personal experience that the Leadership and HR teams here are extremely approachable and always willing to listen to the opinions of their employees.
