      Life at Ness(Sucks)

      Pros

      Offers high packages if you clear client round of interview and ready to join immediately(They are luring you :D) Work from home is being allowed even now which does benefit few

      Cons

      No Job Guarantee, If you're on bench for any reason, you'll be asked to leave organization if you're not able to get into any project. when You're going for a HR round ask for the total head count of Ness in India( It's way below 2k, don't get fooled with bigger numbers) Ask for a draft of Salary structure, The Basic pay here is way out of what it should be when compared to your CTC. Get it revised if you're known to these benefits. Though they say they've got N projects, check for projects specific to your work location. HR's will not respond to your questions unless there are multiple follow ups. 2K head count and we still wonder how many people each HR takes care off or look after. No Visa initiations until there is a open requirement from client. So, working from onsite can still remain a dream for many. Best part, People strive for supremacy and will get into fights in team meetings. Though many don't see this everywhere, it's a dream come true for few :D Don't forget to ask for last quarter Attrition rate when you're talking to a HR.
