Within 2-3 day they release from your project. Client share LWD but Ness HR doesn't know anything. Not giving basic pay if they are releas you No hike if manager miss to add rating on portal. Asking for Glassdoor rating at the time of joining Favourisam while apprisal. Dominating South people

Cons

Don't join this company. As most of the reviews said they follow hire and fire model. The don't even have projects for the most common tech stack. When I was working there the HR's were asking employees to give good rating on glassdoor. Don't join.
