      1.The recruitment staff is good, and they fulfill their commitments. 2. The manager and staff are cooperative; if you raise an issue, they resolve it quickly. 3. All the clients they have are good.

      Cons

      The only con I have noticed is that a few of the clients are very strict about delivery timelines, which can create a bit of pressure while working with them

      1. Healthy work life balance 2. Plenty of Growth Opportunities: Vast scope to increase technical tool kit by enrolling in cloud/data certifications 3. In my tenure, i have advanced my career from automation to architect - Got plenty of opportunities to push myself out of my comfort zone and learn new things

      Cons

      1. No Abroad opportunities: They promise that they would give chance to work abroad but never gave 2. Unless individual approaches, promotions are literally dead, no body shows interest even managers i have worked with 3. Old timers are ignored, i have seen guys going abroad within few years of joining 4. Pay is low (they say market standards) but its low 5. Recognition is pretty dormant in this company, very few individuals (cycle gets repeated every year) repeatedly gets award and from the same project-- Reward system is highly questionable, unless we raise our voice no body notices the hard work individual has put in.
