The company has been acquired by a PE firm KKR and all the 30 year legacy that it quotes on public forum has gone to drain. The Chief Growth Office tries to sell anything and co. has not put any efforts for PreSales and Delivery - they expect people to work round the clock and managers assign you work on Fri late night and expect you to turn around by Mon morning. HRs upon complaining will just side with the senior member. People with even small amount of self respect should not work here.

There is no job security in this organization. No matter how many years of experience you have or how skilled you are, they will release you once you are on the bench. There are very few opportunities available, and even in the existing projects, people are being released.
