      Pros

      Flexible work environment, global experience, a handful of really talented and passionate individuals

      Cons

      Management at every level. The board made a number of awful choices, as did each business unit management team. The company is falling apart because of these choices and the result is the valuation of the business units. The investors are selling chunks of the business off for a fraction of what they were worth just a few short years ago.

      No pressure. Good work life balance. Flexible working hours. Friendly environment. Management is friendly and you can get leaves without any hassleful bargains.

      Cons

      Very few projects. Projects are not good also. Salary hike depends on client. Not a growing company. Everything depends on your client. No good learning opportunities.

      EDC Model Old Ness Culture HR Policy Very few good managers. If you get an opportunity to work under them then you can learn a lot .

      Cons

      - Not listening to the delivery team - Everywhere politics and get their people inside and kill the good employee - No team work in the top management. Every one has their own business and comes here for time pass.
