I worked 1 year in this organization. Before Joining remember this key-points. 1. NO JOB SECURITY..!!! 2. 90% Support Project & 10% Development project around 3-6 Months. 3. If your project finished within next 2 weeks you will be out of the company. Off course they will give another interview calls but for name sake. at the end your feedback will be "Basics not clear" 4. Internally They will take 2-3 Rounds of interview for another project. instead of giving this many rounds of interview for another project you can give outside and get job with good Hike. 5. If you working in project anytime they can release you from project with reason "Budget Issue from Client side". 6. Time flexibility there since only support projects there. By chance I got development project so worked there for few months. 7. No Challenging work. Working with too Old Technologies so NO Career Growth. some projects still running in Java 1.4 8. Contract Employee = Permanent Employee. only benefit of preferment Employees if they fire you anytime you will get 3 Months BASIC SALARY. 9. They will offer better package but Believe me you will get frustrated with your JOB since there is NO JOB SECURITY. 10. No proper food Facility there. Only one vendor for Lunch. food is not good. Free Sacks from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm but that also you will not feel like eat. 11. Systems are not at all good. too old systems which were hang like anything. to restart it use to take 15-20 min. 12. Even you work day-night. U will not get Hike in salary. if you got offer from NESS Technologies with Good/Bad/Excellent package Dont JOIN. Better wait and check for other companies.

Worst people management and HR team, No job security, they will ask for relocation without prior intimation, No proper HR Communication with employees, They release the employees immediately if no more projects without giving any salary for that month, will release the last month salary after 45 days, so Worst company to work,
