Pros

Excellent opportunities to work on end-to-end product development and take complete ownership of features. Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture that encourages learning and knowledge sharing. I got to work on challenging UI development with React, Redux, TypeScript, GIS Maps (WRLD3D & ArcGIS), which significantly enhanced my technical depth. Flexible environment with freedom to explore solutions, participate in discussions, and contribute to architecture decisions. Strong process-driven delivery model with good client interaction and regular feedback cycles. Opportunity to conduct peer-to-peer code reviews, mentor teammates, and play an active role in sprint planning and requirement clarification calls. Management appreciates proactive ownership, and contributions are recognized.

Cons

Work is engaging and fast-paced, which keeps you constantly learning and growing. Opportunities to take ownership come frequently, which helps in building confidence and technical depth. You get exposure to multiple responsibilities — development, reviews, and client interactions — which accelerates career growth.

Pros

Was great before Ness acquired company where I worked. After acquisition on-boarding was pleasant and seems like at beginning there was a promise. Till the last day at work, only work colleagues and HR management was supportive and helpful.

Cons

As for management, I can't say the same. I seen people come and go, even there was like weekly rotation. Management don't care, laying off people middle of projects. Very bad practice and as I heard - that is normal. Lot of people sitting on bench and hoping to onboard on different projects before gets terminated. Working over time and answering calls in holidays to fix things simply don't pay's off, because management will terminate you if they simply want do that without knowing investment in projects. Even clients are caught for surprise in middle before deadline. My recommendation is keep last brain cells and stay away and don't let to make lasting impressions about corporations, because that's an example how not to run company.
