Pros

Some people here are good.

Cons

Worst management ever period They will hire you as an intern saying that you will be converted to full time employee in 6 months, but then will extend the internship for 6 more months. And the worst part is no matter how much you work you still are paid are meagre stipend which in no way justifies the amount of work you do. They won't even pay on time. If you are joining as a fresher from college or somewhere remember this is not worth it, if you have an option choose anything over this, this is not worth your efforts.

Pros

The pay is decent, when I was in project everything was good, supportive team and good learning scope and there are many learnings provided internally as well by the organization.

Cons

Due to cost cutting suddenly the client released from the project. Was in bench for 40 days and the RMG organised multiple client interviews. The interview rounds are many and are at same level of difficulty if we would try to switch, though the feedback was good from client they never proceeded with next rounds or onboarded so not sure if there is a genuine requirement available or they simply conducted interviews just to say they gave us chance. After 40th day on bench HR had a discussion and was asked to put papers as there are no openings as per the skills and they would pay 3 months basic pay only which is obviously mentioned in the offer letter and a week time of notice is only given. Same situation was faced by many who were in bench.
