      I don't see any issues at the moment. However, I would like to understand how the organization handles situations where an employee does not receive any project assignments for three months.

      Instead of Percipio as a learning platform, I feel that Udemy is the best place to learn. If Ness provides an opportunity to learn on Udemy, that would be great.
