      Pros

      Nothing that comes to my mind for working for years and years

      Cons

      1) Less package. 2) Not many clients. 3) People with no technical skills grow quickly in this Org if you have good rapo with management. 4) Onsite minimum package that LCA needs. 5) No dedicated account managers even for large scale projects (Reason: Client doesn't bill us). 6) No appraisals at onsite or offshore. 7) 24 by 7 availability can't tell client to bill more from development side.

      Sorry , could not even get a Single to write. But can tell for the Freshers, It is a good Company for the persons who completed their MS and they trust if you keep 10 Yrs as experience because they want the persons with LOW SALARY. So it is good for the FAKE Professionals

      Cons

      No Work Life Balance, and No personal growth and No Knowledge Transfer(KT) also for the Project which you are signed. They really does not know what is meant by KT. From the Management, when I asked about the KT, they laughed at me and asked me WHAT IS KT. WE REALLY NEVER FOLLOW THIS. hahah so it is a BRAND and BIG COMPANY

      Please be advised that we have stringent pre-hire background check processes in place across all our global locations and if someone were to "fake" their experience it will most certainly come up in the back ground check report. If you are aware of any individual cases which have passed through this process, please reach out to the specific BHR and rest assured appropriate action will be taken.

      Stay away, too much politics, incompetence and mismanagement

      Pros

      Cannot think of anything. Work life balance is kind of ok for women employees.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Incompetent and clueless management. Absolutely no place for merit. Use and throw Employee policy . Absolutely no process ( managers dont not know anything about processes ) .
