Pros

Very well skilled at cheating employees

Cons

No benefits - only nice talks. unlawful terms of employment, exploiters, cheaters career spoilers. Tell today LWD, dont pay notice period amount, make endless conditions to release exit letter. Insurance - only for marketing - HR doesnt allow any claims. Petty management. Very TOXIC environment. Only show business, no substance at all. No projects, technical expertise. FRAUD. Everybody is involved in the wrong practices. Dont have any law to abide by.

Pros

1.Increased Productivity we aren’t over worked but perform better. Quality of work improved when we are rested and focused. 2.Innovation & Creativity Time off and mental space give us room to think creatively and come back to work with fresh ideas.

Cons

1.Team Coordination Issues If everyone works on different flexible schedules, collaboration and meetings can become harder to organize. 2.Reduced Face Time Less time in the office (remote or flexible work) can impact mentorship, team bonding, or visibility for promotions.
