      Work culture is good, work load is nominal and if people want to relax and work with out much stress its a good place.

      Cons

      Opportunities are few and if there is no billing from customer you are sure that soon you will quit NESS and that too they will inform morning as ask to leave on same day in some cases and for few notice and other.....

      Pros

      Good projects and great exposure for freshers. Work life balance is pretty good. Good for people looking for an easy life.

      Cons

      Things are too easy at times and stagnant growth. Switching your job role is almost impossible. Training is not very intensive. New ideas and not really welcomed.
