      1. Timings - If your manager is good, then you can easily manage your work-personal life 2. Location

      Cons

      1. Job insecurity - If there is a dip in the market, then your manager will take no measures to save even the best performer 2. Non-Approachable Management - Employee issues and concerns is just a one way communication. These cons depends on the EDC/Manager.

      Pros

      Good location, work life balance -- depends entirely on ur manager

      Cons

      On technology front .. it will be downhill, if you are just letting ur job to keep u updated .. Everything is decided on basis of money, there is not much of quality technical work There are many Ctrl c + Ctrl p jobs for which u get some amount of money under product engineering account

      Pros

      -Normal working hours - 9.0 daily. -Very secure - i don't remember anyone was fired in the last 2.5 years. -Projects mode - intresting. -Sizes of groups/projects is small - intimate.

      Cons

      -Lower compensation from most competitors. -Tehcnology - it is not a leading place, usually a follower. -No startegic thinking about where the markets/clients are going. -Almost no profesional courses.
