      Pros

      You learn a lot and everything from everything. You come away with a lot of knowledge and value after that in the job market. You gain a lot of experience and knowledge that is not available in other places.

      Cons

      Terrible pressure, you're not counted out. Managers at the lower levels of the company have terrible and bad human relations, in addition to the low and embarrassing salary, which is why you can't rent an apartment.
