      - Within city, well located in Kormangala and less travel time. - Good work culture. - Transperency in management. - good work policies and especially for lady employees. - Provides good opportunities to grow vertically and also flexible in horizontal movements.

      Cons

      - Limitations in resource pool. - Cafeteria is too small and less options. - Hike is average.
