Stabilty and it is a work envioment that could be long term Benefit of large company in economic uncertainty Large knowledge base

Cons

Salaries are lower than positions in other companies in same sector. Constant organizational changes which result in mangement changes which results in lack of strategic medium/ long term planning. Inefficiency -organization is not lean
