      Work with professionals, good methodology, stability, chance for promotion, peaceful environment, incentives and bonuses.

      Cons

      Get hired at Ness anywhere but not in Romania. Since 2009, Romanian management don't have a clue how to create a real project. (maybe from now on?)

      Easy work, Relaxed atmosphere, Fixed hours, Fixed salary, Always paid on time. Great Health Care Direct and easy access to Management (Boss\Boss's Boss)

      Cons

      Not the best payment in the market, No funded food, not the best travel-cost payment.
