      Pros

      Ness has good and flexible work culture. Provides good work life balance but that depends on EDC (client) you work for.

      Cons

      Ness works with EDC model for each client which exist mostly in silo. Career path is restricted with no clear cut road map. HR organization is not strong.

      It all depends on the client with which one is associated. We will get all the benefits provided by the client.

      Salary hike is not much. Should negotiate a good package before joining.
