      Pros

      Satisfied with the policies and attitude of the management towards employees in general.

      Cons

      Althought I feel that the management mostly tries to take care of individual benefits and career goals but due to lack of communication these sometimes doesn't reach the employees concerned. The communication process between tiers is poor. Information doesn't flow. Lack of new projects (probably because of not so impressive pre-sales).

      No hike...since 2010 they hv given 0%, 2%, 1% hike even to the people who have got 4 rating No quality Attrition in 2013 (till feb 2013) = 38% - still no heed to employee's concern Manager lies, twists facts for their personal benefits
