      1. Good compensation 2. Good work if luckily get some good ISV to work with 3. It works like Managed Software Labs for small product development companies in US to get a chance to work in Product environment. Similar to Aditi Technologies.

      Learn , Enjoy , have good variety of polices that help you secured and feel homely with Employee Benefits with growth.

      Cons

      growth is not regular for execuitves and lead levels. So need to improve on it. Also recognisitions also not fair enough.
