      Need to work at client place.Most of the work will be from client side. They depend on client completely as this is service based company If client is not prefer to continue, then you will be sent out

      No reason to work for this company. You will regret after joining.

      Cons

      They are very unprofessional people in the management. They will change the offer letter compnesation once you joined them after giving some reason. And you will not be in position to defend as they threaten you to fire. They will do all this over a phone conversation so that there is no record. Management is really sick. After this you will start looking for a new opty and when you resigned them they won't release you smoothly. You will not get your final settlement.

      1.Good exposure to new Technologies 2. Flexible working env

      1.No major projects and if your bad luck and project is over.There is no policy to keep on Batch and hr will ask you to move out from company with 3 month compensation. 2.No Job security.Good for immediate hike but not good prospect for long term future. 3.Limited option for promotion. 4.No timely hikes for last 2 years
