      -Remote Work Option: Ness is providing permanent WFH for all employees. -Flexible Working Hours: Being a Developer in Ness, I am able to adjust my working hours without hampering deliverables. -Generous Pay: Ness offers competitive and generous pay, ensuring that employees feel valued and fairly compensated for their work. -Monthly Events with Prizes: Ness organizes monthly events where employees can participate and win gift cards, adding a fun and rewarding aspect to the workplace. -Vacancies: Ness keeps on posting open positions but it gets filled very quickly.

      Cons

      Since it's been just few months, I am not sure that I have found something worth mentioning as a Downside of Ness.
