      The benefits are great. Coffee Specialist relationships are motivators during this stressfull environment

      The fratenizing amongst upper management and other employees. The opportunity for advancement. Forget it if your not a family member, or significant other. The micormanagement. Having turned a stressfull environment in a customer relationship center into more stress because of petty nonsence.

      a rewarding experience an excellent working environment very good compensation and numerous benefits interesting job rapidly growing company possibility to travel

      unfortunately not many opportunities to promotion quite a lot of pressure senior management sometimes not the best overall not many cons
