Pros

Free coffee, great location, beautiful office, free lunch, great view of Manhattan

Cons

Micromanagement, nepotism, unprofessional management, low morale, and others. If you have a bachelors degree or beyond, this job is not for you. Management treats its employes like five year old children. One cannot even take a bathroom break without being spoken to afterwards as management sees this a an excessive behavior. If one complains, then be prepared for retaliation. Nespresso has been sued by employees and former employees several times.

Pros

Nespresso, what else? Gives you necessary technical knowledge and experience to carry on in a better FMCG environment elsewhere.

Cons

Low salaries, no career growth, long office hours, poor benefits, bad management. Within 6 months of joining you will start feeling disrespected, depreciated, used, and manipulated.
