Pros

*Paid weekly since I was working through a temp agency, Adecco.

Cons

*Nespresso fired all the black employees, but kept (and promoted) the white and Asian employees. *Management would lounge in the back office for majority of the shift. And, they were pretty rude to fellow employees. *No recognition for work done.

Great benefits and great opportunity.

Cons

Management is much to be desired. Not professional at all and love to talk about people behind their back.

Work life balance not available, objectives sometimes too aggressive, succession planning and long term career planning not perfect
