Shovanistic leadership - it's a boys club, too fast paced, awful culture, you're left feeling unappreciated & under resourced, secrecy & calling out others failings is a requirement vs. teamwork. Work life balance simply doesn't exist from the top down - expect long days & weekend working irrespective of your department.
