Pros

Innovative, slick, amazing product & services, the customer is genuinely the central driver for all initiatives. Global brand, opportunities across Nestle if interest, structured performance review processes. Clarity & involvement in strategic direction. You can challenge the status quo & should. Great benefits.

Cons

Shovanistic leadership - it's a boys club, too fast paced, awful culture, you're left feeling unappreciated & under resourced, secrecy & calling out others failings is a requirement vs. teamwork. Work life balance simply doesn't exist from the top down - expect long days & weekend working irrespective of your department. Career opportunities are very much there to explore but be wary of internal promotion, it's a popularity contest.

Great benefits, fast-paced but fun work environment.

Cons

You're supposed to be a boutique coffee specialist (on the floor), not working on stock for an entire day when it is not on the job description.

Good product - not great environment

Pros

Used to be a great place to work.

Cons

A lot of the management is unqualified. They are given jobs not because the exude leadership but because they have been with the company for awhile, and are liked by specific individuals ( office politics). People get promoted even if they do not have experience.
