Pros

Relevant training is offered regularly and the welfare of staff is always considered. Opportunities for skill development and career advancement are avaliable and are completely driven by the individual. Plenty of support, through training and one on one coaching, is offered.

Cons

Nespresso can be a fasted paced and demanding environment. The generous remuneration offered comes with the expectation of immaculate presentation, a passion to excel as well as the ability to meet challenges competently and confidently. However, like all retail positions, if you begin on the boutique floor it is difficult to transition to other non customer facing roles.

Pros

Good pay for the level of work they expect.

Cons

There is a lot - this role will not teach you new skills - boutique manager knowingly ignores issues of racism and bullying from the so called "team leads" - a team lead was promoted even though they are clearly bullying others, especially new hires - team leads constantly make-out with each other IN the areas of the back - as a boutique specialist, you cant go to team leads for support - the toxic environment that is causing good ppl to quit
