Pros

The passion for the company with everyone you encounter is truly inspiring. Nespresso cares for everyone that works for them from the farmers who they get their coffee from to the coffee to the boutique coffee specialist who are the most customer facing employees in the entire company. The benefits and compensation are fantastic as well. I've never worked for such a wonderful (in everyway) company.

Cons

I suppose the only con would be that it is an operationally heavy company but again you are generously compensated for ALL the work you do so I'm not sure it could be considered a con.

Hello, Thank you your positive feedback, I have to admit that employees often comment on our great perks. I agree with you. At Nespresso, passion is in our DNA and coffee is at the heart everything we do. I will take your comments about caring for the farmers and all employees, as a compliment. Though various initiatives, we ensure that sustainable, healthy and safe practices are in place in our work environment, from farmers to Boutiques. These topics are our top priorities. Regarding our operational performance, we are proactively working across the organization to streamline our processes in order to become leaner and more agile. Thank you for your comments.
